Refund/Return Policy:

Special orders and configurations cannot be returned.  If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately.

For Desktops:

Desktops can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided DogHouse Systems is contacted in advance of the return. The return shipping will need to be covered by the returning customer. Upon receipt of the returned computer DogHouse Systems will evaluate the computer for any damage and then refund the purchase deducting any costs of repairs, our shipping cost to you, and $50 for replacement of our shipping container.

For Laptops:

Laptops can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided DogHouse Systems is contacted in advance of the return. The return shipping will need to be covered by the returning customer. Upon receipt of the returned computer DogHouse Systems will evaluate the computer for any damage and then refund the purchase deducting any costs of repairs, our shipping cost to you, and a 15% restocking fee.
