How long do refunds take to process?
We use PayPal as our merchant service and all of our refunds go through them. Refunds will take anywhere from 3-8 business days (not including holidays) to process and appear back on your method of payment.
Note: If you do not receive your refund within 8 days, please contact us immediately so we can work with PayPal to ensure you get your money back.
