DHS Return Policy

Any system that has custom artwork cannot be returned.

If an item is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by DHS, please contact our support team (support@doghousesystems.com) immediately.

DESKTOPS: Desktops can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided DogHouse Systems is contacted in advance of the return. The return shipping will need to be covered by the returning customer. Upon receipt of the returned computer DogHouse Systems will evaluate the computer for any damage and then refund the purchase deducting any costs of repairs, our shipping cost to you, and $50 for replacement of our shipping container.

LAPTOPS: Laptops can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided DogHouse Systems is contacted in advance of the return. The return shipping will need to be covered by the returning customer. Upon receipt of the returned computer DogHouse Systems will evaluate the computer for any damage and then refund the purchase deducting any costs of repairs, our shipping cost to you, and a 15% restocking fee.
