We are committed to delivering your custom-built gaming system safely and efficiently. Please read below for details on our shipping process, timelines, and policies.

Order Processing Time

  • All systems are custom-built to order. The standard build time is 2-3 weeks, but it may vary depending on order volume or component availability.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your system ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping is available within the United States and Canada.
  • We use FedEx for all shipments unless specified otherwise.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • FedEx Home Delivery: 3–5 business days
    • FedEx 2nd-Day: 2 business days
    • FedEx Overnight (Standard and Priority): 1 business day

Note: Delivery estimates do not include build time.

International Shipping

  • Currently, international shipping is limited to Canada.
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@doghousesystems.com.
  • For lost packages, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Signature Requirement

  • For your protection, a signature is required upon delivery for all gaming systems.
  • If you are unavailable during delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling.

Shipping Address Requirements

  • We ship to physical addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • We will work with those who have an APO Address!

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions (when available) will be applied automatically.
