What happens if someone isn’t home to receive my order?
All of our shipments require a signature upon delivery. If a delivery is attempted and nobody is home, the carrier will leave a door tag informing you of the attempted delivery. They will make up to three attempts to deliver the package before taking it to the nearest FedEx location for you to pick up.
